Im trying to reach a realtor using gmail in costa rica and Im using yahoo im only able to communicate by phone?
Im using yahoo, and Im emailing to gmail adress in sjo costa rica they’re not able to send to me, nor i to them… its a business…
Your question is a little unclear. Are you saying, im as in “Instant Messager (yahoo im)? If so, try emailing without IM and you should have no problem. Unless the user has set up either an IM account you will not get through.
Double check, and make sure you are emailing to the correct address. Check your sp@m box to see if the email has been tagged as sp@m.
Go into your email account and on your white list, put the email address in it. Check you spam filters and make sure the email is not in it.
One of the problems in CR is their Internet Service (ICE) and in some parts of CR, the email gets buried into a Black Hole, when it comes out, is any ones guess. One of my accounts had the same problem, and two weeks later, suddenly his INBOX was filled with 2-3 weeks worth of email.
Also, CR has been known as a “sp@mmer heaven,” and many IP addresses have been blocked because of this by Yahoo and Google. If the email address has been blocked, you are out of luck. — I know this does not help, but you may try using another email address and the realtor also.
