costa rica currency to usd

are they really this cheap?
I was doing a spanish project, and I chose this house in costa rica. It was really nice, like it would be considered a really really nice house in the US. But then the price said (the site was in spanish, it was a costa rican website) it said that it was 328,000.00. now would that be in costa rican currency? or united states currency? I would assume costa rican, but then I converted the price and it came out to 665 USD. Is that right? will 665 dollars buy me a house in costa rica?
if so… jeez i’ll just move there. 
um costa rica, by the way, is not us territory.
maybe you’re thinking of puerto rico. But costa rica is its own country.
