Tourist info for costa rica?

My dad and I are going to Costa Rica for spring break and I am trying to come up with an itinerary, we are looking for a more ecotourism experience. I am wondering if anyone has advice to give or know of a good place to get more information, such as a more refined place to ask questions like this one, or good websites.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

A couple of places you’ll want to hit:

Arenol: This is a beautiful cone volcano and erupts regulary all day long. At night you can see the eruptions really well. There is a National Park there with monkeys and great folage. There are a couple of hot springs close by too. This is a great place to spend some time.

Monteverde: This is a cloud forest. They have some really great zip lines here. I also enjoyed the suspension bridges. There are other fun things to do here, but these two activities are my favorite for the Monteverde area.

Manual Antonio: There are a number of great beach towns you can go to. Manual Antonio happens to be my favorite, but there are quite a few nice ones. You’ll be going off season, so the crowds will be minimal. The beach is beautiful. The National Park has monkeys, sloths, iguanas, tucans, and tons of other stuff. The wildlife here is incredible. Lots of activities here too and the tour companies will pick you up at the hotel. There is white water rafting, zip lining, kayaking, surfing, scuba, fishing, rappelling, hiking, horseback riding, ATV tours, and more. Keep in mind that most of the above activities will be available in most tourist areas, so if you chose to do a different coastal town, you should be able to find them there. In Manual Antonio I used Iguana Tours for our fun stuff, and they were really good. Friendly, professional and very safety concious.

Good luck and enjoy your trip!
