costa rican desserts?
i looked just about everywhere to find food from costa rica (like recipes) and i have to make it for a project due tomorrow. i would like a dessert. i wanted to make dulce de leche but i don’t have the time? what are some other good desserts i can make that really only need basic ingredients??
This a an easy Deluce De Leche Recipe that I found in one of my books.
one 14oz can of condensed milk
one 14 oz can of evaporated milk
Combine the milks together in a heavy pot.
Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. reduce heat to a simmer and stir constantly fo 30-35 mins. until thick and toffee colored.Use a large pot since the mixture has a tendency to over boil. Serve over ice cream or with pancakes,or cakes
