Where is a good place to vacation in the Caribbean?
There are five of us:
Two kids, Two adults, and one senior.
We have been to costa rica, Cuba, and Mexico.
I was wondering where we could go that will not break our bank account but is a good family location. Preferably something like Costa Rica. Any details and personal experiences, or review, would be phenomenal. Thanks!
Puerto Rico! Perfect location! Plus, it’s an American Territory, so money is US currency and no need for a passport. There is TONS to do and see-El Yunque(rain forest), Arecibo(world’s largest radio telescope), San Cristobal and El Morro(Old Spanish forts/castle), Tibes & Taino Indian Ceremonial grounds, there are two bio luminescent bays and there are tons of places where you can book kayak trips to the bays at night. There is a zoo on the western coast in Mayaguez, Bacardi distillery. If you go get a book on a walking tour of Old San Juan, there are tons of interesting things to see in Old San Juan alone.
